Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired jewellery piece and proceeding to checkout. For bespoke or custom orders, please contact us at support@carathousedubai.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer secure payment options through PayPal & Apple Pay.
Do you offer financing or installment plans?
Yes, we provide flexible payment plans through by now pay later providers. Please contact our customer service team for more details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us immediately at support@carathousedubai.com to check the status of your order. Custom and bespoke orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most of our jewellery is made to order. Standard orders typically take 2-3 weeks, while bespoke and custom pieces take 3-4 weeks. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number for real-time updates.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide using trusted couriers such as FedEx. Shipping times and fees vary depending on your location. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes.
Is my order insured during shipping?
Yes, all orders are fully insured during transit until they are signed for upon delivery.
Jewellery & Customization
Do you offer custom and bespoke jewellery?
Yes! We specialize in custom-designed jewellery. Our expert craftsmen will work with you to create a unique piece tailored to your preferences. Contact us for a consultation.
Do your diamonds come with certification?
Yes, all our diamonds are certified by reputable grading institutions such as SGL, GIA and IGI. Certification details will be included with your purchase.
Can I request engraving on my jewellery?
Yes, we offer engraving services for most rings and jewellery pieces. Please note that engraved items are non-returnable.
What is a jewellery valuation report?
A valuation report provides a detailed description and assessed value of your jewellery, allowing you to properly insure your piece. Each order from Carat House Dubai comes with a complimentary valuation report.
Resizing, Repairs & Warranty
Do you offer ring resizing?
Yes, we offer complimentary resizing up to 2 sizes within 30 days of receiving your ring. For resizing beyond this, a fee of $139 applies. Some rings, such as full eternity rings, cannot be resized.
How do I get my jewellery repaired?
We offer jewellery repair services with a standard turnaround time of 10-14 business days. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge under our Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee. Contact us to arrange a repair.
Do you offer rhodium plating for white gold jewellery?
Yes, we offer rhodium plating, cleaning, and polishing for a fee. This ensures your white gold jewellery maintains its brilliance over time.
Miscellaneous
Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, our 30-day return policy allows flexibility if purchasing as a gift.
