Secure & Insured Shipping

At Carat House Dubai, we ensure your order is delivered safely and securely. All orders are shipped via trusted couriers such as FedEx or an equivalent premium service, depending on your location.

  • Every shipment is fully insured until it is signed for upon delivery.
  • A signature is required at the time of delivery to ensure secure receipt of your package.

Order Processing & Timelines

Many of our fine jewellery pieces are made-to-order by expert craftsmen, ensuring the highest quality and precision.

  • Standard Orders: Typically take 2-3 weeks for production before dispatch.
  • Bespoke & Custom Orders: Require 3-4 weeks, as they are crafted to your exact specifications.
  • Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Order updates are available approximately two weeks after purchase.

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping to an Alternative Address

If you need your order shipped to a different address than your billing address, we require the following for security verification:

  1. A copy of the cardholder’s photo ID – A passport or driver’s license is recommended.
  2. Proof of billing address – A recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 3 months).
  3. A signed authorization letter – This must be printed, signed, and sent to us by the cardholder to approve shipment to an alternative address.

Duties & Taxes

  • Orders within the UAE: All local VAT and duties are included in the final price.
  • International Orders: Taxes and duties may apply depending on your location. If you are eligible for VAT exemption, contact our customer care team for assistance before placing your order.

Is My jewellery Safe During Transit?

At Carat House Dubai, we take every precaution to ensure your jewellery arrives safely. We partner with trusted, leading courier services to guarantee secure delivery. Additionally, your order is fully insured against loss, theft, or damage until it is signed for upon delivery.

If you need to return an order, it is your responsibility to insure the package during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items when they are being returned.

What Packaging Will My Order Arrive In?

We prioritize both security and luxury when packaging your order.

  • Your jewellery will be shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no branding or references to the contents, minimizing the risk of theft.
  • This is part of our secure packaging in transit policy, ensuring your purchase arrives safely and confidentially.
  • Inside, your jewellery will be elegantly presented in our signature Carat House packaging, perfect for gifting or safekeeping.

Do you have gift cards?

We currently do not offer gift cards. However, if you are purchasing a gift, our 30-day return policy ensures you have ample time to return or exchange the item if needed.

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the item must be:
βœ” Unworn and in pristine condition
βœ” Returned with the original tag attached or included with the product

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Bespoke and special orders are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Resized jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.
