30-Day Free Resizing

At Carat House Dubai, we offer professional resizing services to ensure your ring fits perfectly. Resizing options vary depending on the ring type and design complexity. If you have any questions about ring sizing, our team is always available to assist you.

Engagement & Diamond Rings

Plain bands (without diamonds or gemstones): Complimentary resizing up to 2 sizes up or down within 30 days of receipt.

Diamond-set or gemstone engagement rings (including custom-made rings): These require an assessment to determine whether they can be resized or need to be remade. In both cases, a $139 fee will apply.

For resizing beyond 2 sizes, additional charges may apply based on the complexity of the ring.

Eternity Rings

Full eternity rings cannot be resized due to the setting. Instead, they can be exchanged within 30 days. Contact our team for alternative options.

Half & ยพ eternity rings need to be assessed to determine if resizing is possible or if a remake is required. Fees apply, with a minimum charge of $139.

Wedding Rings

Plain wedding bands (without diamonds or gemstones): Complimentary resizing up to 2 sizes within 30 days of receipt.

Diamond-set or gemstone wedding rings require an assessment before resizing to ensure the setting allows adjustments. A $139 fee applies for resizing beyond 2 sizes.

Bespoke Rings

Complimentary resizing up to 2 sizes within 30 days of receipt (if resizing is possible).

If resizing beyond 2 sizes is required, a $139 fee applies.

For complex designs, resizing may result in additional costs, especially if the ring must be remade from scratch. Any charges will be discussed with you in advance before proceeding.

Resizing Outside the 30-Day Policy

  • Any resizing requests beyond 30 days will incur a minimum charge of $139.
  • If the ring requires a full remake, costs will vary depending on the ring style and design.
