4. Use a Trusted Courier – We recommend insuring your return for the full order value and using a reputable postal or courier service.
5. For Security Reasons – Do not write words like “diamonds” or “Carat House Dubai” anywhere on the external packaging or address label.

Once received, our Quality Assessment Team will inspect the item. Processing typically takes 7-10 business days. If our team accepts your request, your refund will be issued through the original payment method and may take 8-10 business days to reflect in your account.
